The case analysis of Techase this time comes from a semiconductor sludge drying and disposal project of a certain technology company. The project adopts Techase's three multi-layer wet film low-temperature drying machines (one TCSD9600HC, two TCSD4800HC) and related supporting equipment such as screw stacking machines. The moisture content of the sludge is reduced to 30%, and the external transportation and disposal costs are saved by more than 50%, which greatly helps the enterprise achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

Project Overview:
This project focuses on the drying treatment of sludge in the semiconductor industry, which is divided into three types and has three drying production lines. Among them, heavy metal sludge is 2.86 t/d, and ground sludge is 3.6 t/d. The "press+dryer" process is used to press the sludge to a moisture content of about 65% through two frame presses, and then dry it to 30% through two dryers; In addition, the organic sludge with a capacity of 5.58 t/d is processed using the "stacking screw machine+drying machine" process. It is dehydrated to a moisture content of about 80% by the Techase stacking screw machine, and then dried to 30%. The dried sludge is transported to ton bags for unified external disposal.
