On November 27, the 2025 Coal Design and Coal Preparation Professional Working Conference hosted by China Coal Science and Engineering Group Beijing Huayu Engineering Co., Ltd. and co organized by Shanghai Techase Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. was grandly held in Shantou, Guangdong. The conference invited many well-known domestic experts, scholars and enterprise technical talents to participate in technical exchanges, thematic discussions and experience sharing in the field of coal preparation.
At the meeting, Dr. Song Yu, Director of Techase R&D, Deputy Director of Shanghai Sludge Treatment and Recycling High tech Equipment Engineering Technology Research Center, and Deputy Director of Shanghai Sludge Low Carbon and Recycling High tech Equipment Technology Innovation Center, shared the advanced technology entitled "TP Type Coal Slime Ultra High Pressure Press Treatment Solution". From the current situation of slime industry to the comparison of domestic application technologies, to the innovative advantages and project application of Techase slime ultra-high pressure press, wonderful technology sharing and cutting-edge practical experience were warmly concerned and discussed by the participants.
Techase is equipped with the self-developed ultra-high pressure slime press. Combined with the practical cases in the mining areas of Shanneng Group, China Coal Group, Huaneng Group, Lanhua Group and other places, it shows the strong adaptability and remarkable achievements of the equipment in different scenarios. The operation of the slime ultra-high pressure press not only reduces the slime moisture content to about 12%, but also realizes the automation of the whole process by means of the automatic adaptation of AI intelligent Internet of Things system, improving the production capacity and reducing the labor cost. In addition, Tongji, Taiyuan University of Technology and other universities were united to establish a "slime crushing center", which launched a 10MPa operating pressure to guide the industry, which is both light and safe. As well as the integrated high-strength panel and frame, it has a longer service life and is more durable. Mechanical pressing, without heat source, perfectly realizes the triple goals of "efficiency improvement, cost reduction and environmental protection".
With the tightening of environmental protection policies and the improvement of requirements for resource utilization, the requirements for slime dewatering are also increasing, and intelligence, low energy consumption, high efficiency and high recovery rate have become the core requirements. In the future, Techase will continue to deepen the field of slime recycling, continue to promote slime disposal technology innovation and service upgrading, achieve high-quality development of slime recycling, boost the quality and efficiency of coal economy, and reduce costs and environmental protection.
